Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst develops cost and price estimates for proposals on contracts, utilizing industry techniques to conduct fact-finding, establishing reasonable cost analysis negotiation ranges and supporting procurement in negotiations.  The Analyst will review all elements of cost including direct labor, material, ODC and indirect costs while maintaining compliance.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance environment  
  • 5 – 8  years of hands-on  experience developing cost and price estimates
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications, ProPricer experience a plus
  • Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARs and GAP
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
  • Ability to develop presentations and monthly metrics for management
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Previous experience working with multiple departments, specifically Contracts, Purchasing, Engineering and Program Management
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated individual who can meet the challenges of a paperwork-intensive environment
  • Able to  multi-task and to accept and adapt to change quickly
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance
  • Other duties, as assigned

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see
  • May occasionally be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) during the course of the workday
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
