Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is greatly expanding its global footprint in the areas of Acquisition, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Command, Control, Communication, Computers and Intelligence (C4I).  The ILS business areas are in Border Force Protection and FMS C4ISR systems.  The C4ISR product line aims at both military and commercial customers, domestic and global.
ATSC is currently seeking candidates for a Mobile Border Surveillance System (MBSS) Field Service Representative (FSR) /Training & Maintenance Support Instructor for a one year OCONUS mission, representing ATSC with the highest degree of professionalism and customer facing responsiveness.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of experience in maintenance and technical support of aircrafts
A minimum of H.S. Diploma or equivalent technical school/Military training
Demonstrated ability to install, operate, maintain, repair and administer mission equipment
Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support operations on products and technologies such as these subject areas:
  • towed trailers equipped with hydraulic/pneumatic mast/tower systems
  • integrated hybrid power systems and subsystems
  • ground surveillance radar,
  • EOIR sensors  
  • C2 software
  • TCP/IP networks
  • Microwave communication equipment
  • Diesel engine based generators
At customer and/or field locations
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and facilitate the removal and replacement of components at line replaceable unit (LRU) levels
Provide hands on refresher training as needed
Install, upgrade and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
Maintain effective customer communications and relations
Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair (as applicable), replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various MBSS systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and maintenance manuals
Maintain required records, manuals and inspection forms detailing logistically relevant events
Advise and mentor the maintenance team on the above job functions
Previously qualified as a C4ISR system Instructor
Proficient with Microsoft Office based tools
Must be medically and physically fit to deploy and perform above duties
Must be proficient in theoretical and applied knowledge of subject areas, capable of conducting effective training, and present a professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience conducting operations and maintenance for ground surveillance radar, EOIR multi-sensor, hybrid power systems and microwave communications as an integrated platform
OCONUS experience
Military training
