Summary
Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop, design, produce, and deliver artistic, visual products for ATSC proposals, presentations or MARCOM products.
Produce products in print, presentation, 3D animation, and digital. 
Prepare graphics for inclusion in written proposals, reports and briefings.
Support ATSC’s branding and marketing efforts.
Provide quick turnaround and complex graphic design support.
Advise on product design.
Maintain production standards and meet deadlines.
Provide quality control support.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Support the derivation, definition, and capture of project, application and/or system requirements during the business or requirements analysis phases which include: identifying possible technical solutions and best value alternatives; identifying and documenting the requirements traceability throughout the project/product lifecycle; and the development of functional and/or technical specifications as required by the Government.
Identify and translate business requirements into functional and system requirements, information requirements, reporting requirements, interface requirements, data formats, operational characteristics, information flows, and security and accreditation considerations.
Document the relationships between requirements and other development lifecycle artifacts to ensure thorough coverage and functionality of all Government requirements via a published traceability matrix.
Produce a technical design to specify the technical architecture, technical functionality, DODAFs and other technical documentation required by the DoD; user interfaces and interfaces as required by the project/product.   Produce DODAF products such as AV,OV and SV from written descriptions or during design sessions.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Art and 5+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
Must have high degree of confidentiality when handling confidential letters, memos, correspondence and company-confidential documents
Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative and have ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment; position requires extensive organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruption
Experience in office administration and support of executive leadership in a high-tech, fast paced environment desired; demonstrate initiative and have ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment; position requires extensive organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruption
Proven Interpersonal communication skills; possess the ability to work with people at all levels internal/external to the organization
Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations
Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint; Lotus Notes highly encouraged
Working knowledge of personal computers, facsimile machine, and various copy machines required
